MEET NORMA
LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER & COACH SHE WORKS FULL-TIME FOR A SCHOOL DISTRICT & RUNS A BOOKED OUT PRIVATE PRACTICE
Norma came to me feeling burned out, over worked and knew that continuing to work long hours was not going to be sustainable for how much impact she wanted to create. She felt stuck and desperately wanted to improve her quality of life. Yet, she had a lot of resistance around offering coaching services because she did not know where to start, she was very resistant too pricing her services at a higher four figure rate and pricing her services as a package.
She was afraid no one would work with her at that rate if they could work with her as a therapist instead.
She believed charging more than $75 was unethical & made her inaccessible.
She felt guilty for charging a high ticket rate.
We coached her on mindset around ethics and pricing weekly. She used our signature ethics framework to help her shift the beliefs and conditioning she had internalized from years of being in the therapy field. Beliefs that trained her to be an employee and not an entrepreneur.
After implementing the Ethics Framework, Norma booked her 1st coaching client within a little over a month, increased her rate from $75 to $200 dollars. The coaching package she sold was a total of $2,400 for 12 weeks of weekly coaching sessions-- without GUILT. Allowing her to decrease her private practice caseload and create more space in her calendar to improve her quality of life. She has now transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship.
