Just three years ago, after completing the most incredibly transformational but also most emotionally draining role as a therapist in community mental health. I would have daily mental breakdowns due to the pressure of meeting productivity hours and being not only a therapist but a case manager and social worker all in one-- with paperwork being never ending and always doing work on the weekends and evenings. My social life and family life were non existent and my health took a toll. I quickly realized that I would never have the peaceful quality of life, health or the income I wanted, if I continued working for an agency.
I also realized that I didn't want to just limit myself to doing therapy work.
Although I loved therapy work and I will always be a therapist in my heart and soul, I wanted to create a bigger impact.
So I started my coaching business.

01 BUSINESS OWNER IDENTITY: START SEEING YOURSELF AS A CEO & START THINKING LIKE A BUSINESS OWNER
Learn the mindset tool that will help you double your income as a coach. Learn the power of letting go of limiting beliefs that are stopping you from doubling your income as a coach. In this module you learn how to manage your thoughts to build your business in a simple way.
02 HOW TO IDENTIFY MY TRANSFERABLE SKILLS & CREATE MY COACH & CEO IDENTITY
In this module we dive deep into looking at identities that you already carry within you in which you have qualities and skills you have mastered. This simple framework helps you identify transferable skills you already possess that are supportive of you fully claiming your coaching identity and CEO identity.
03 HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR IDEAL CLIENT
One of the most common things that stops you from doubling your income as a coach is not knowing who you want to help because you want to help everyone. In this module I will provide you with the questions that will help you identify exactly who your ideal client is so that you are clear and ready to serve them.
04 HOW DO I SET MY PRICES
One of the most common blocks that will get in the way of you increasing your rates and doubling your therapy income with coaching is believing that charging four figure rates will make you inaccessible to your community. Inside this module we look at pricing from a different lens and support you in the process of increasing your rates in an ethical way.

I know you mainly focus on coaching for therapists but if I am not in that field is this program for me?
I specialize in coaching Latinas with both Life and business. I serve clients from all walks of life and backgrounds. I currently have therapists, educators, Latinas in Tech, Photographers, Virtual Assistants, Non- profit leaders, and product based business owners as clients. My marketing speaks specifically to therapists and coaches but that doesn't mean the coaching will only be effective for them. It just means I understand their unique backgrounds and understand their blocks. The coaching is effective and applies to all types of clients because it's personalized to your needs. It will be effective for you as well.
What is your coaching style like?
As a former therapist that specializes in serving the Latinx community , I use my background to inform my work with evidence based approaches that best serve you. I use both mindset and strategy to support you towards your goals during our work together. My coaching style is Strong and Graceful. I'm an expert at identifying gaps and areas that are keeping you blocked, I will give you the coaching that will help challenge you to help you grow in a strong and graceful way.
